My order arrived damaged! What should I do?
Oh no! We are very sorry to hear that, we always pack our candles with love and care. Sometimes things happen during transit. If that is the case, please email hello@shoplabellia.com with your order number + pictures of the damaged item and we will send a replacement!

custom orders
My order is a gift - can I leave a note?
Yes, of course! We love gifts! At checkout, you can leave a personalized message for the receiver, which we will include on a handwritten note in your package. No receipts will be included in the order!

How do you work towards being eco-friendly?
Pobody's nerfect, but we try our very best. Our candles are made of renewable coconut soy wax, FSC certified wood wicks, and reusable glass jars. Our packaging is made of recycled cards, recycled content boxes, and packing peanuts made of starch that dissolve under water! If you have any eco-conscious suggestions, please reach out to let us know!
